Property compliance, booked, recorded and closed
Knowing checks are needed is rarely the hard part. We keep track of when each is due, who is doing it, where the certificate is and what happened to the actions it raised.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out the inspections yourselves?
No. Inspections and tests are carried out by specialist third parties. Homoon FM manages the process and makes sure the required work is completed and recorded.
Do you become the responsible person for our building?
No. Legal responsibility stays with the duty holder. We support the duty holder by organising, tracking and evidencing the compliance work.
Our records are scattered across emails and folders. Can you help?
Yes. Bringing existing records together and identifying gaps is usually the first step, so you can see your current compliance position before planning what happens next.
How do you make sure remedial actions are completed?
Each recommendation becomes a tracked task with an owner and a next step. It is not closed until there is evidence the work is done, and overdue items are escalated.
How will we see our compliance status?
Through monthly reporting and the Homoon client portal, which show what is complete, what is due soon and what is overdue.
