Facilities management for every property type

An office, a shop, a warehouse and a student residence each put different pressure on FM. We adapt to the building in front of us, and to the client responsible for it.

Property types

Property types we support

We take on entire buildings or individual floors within them, so the service matches the space a client actually controls.

Offices

Dependable systems, consistent cleaning and planned works that avoid disrupting the working day.

Retail

Issues that affect trading prioritised; access arranged around opening hours wherever possible.

Mixed-use

Clear ownership of each part of the building, and each cost, so nothing falls between occupiers.

Industrial and warehouse

Doors, docks, yards, lighting and drainage that stand up to heavy use.

Leisure

Open when others close; cleanliness, safety and public areas always on show.

Student accommodation

Residents on site around the clock, with busy move-in and move-out periods.

Student accommodation

Experience managing purpose-built student accommodation

With students living on site, common areas, safety systems and fast repairs directly affect daily life, and busy periods such as move-in and move-out need careful planning.

  • Residents on site around the clock

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which property types do you manage?

Offices, retail, mixed-use buildings, industrial units, warehouses, leisure venues and student accommodation.

Do you only take on whole buildings?

No. We manage whole buildings or single floors.

We are a tenant, not the landlord. Can you help?

Yes. Corporate occupiers are one of our core client groups, particularly where a lease places maintenance or compliance obligations on the tenant.

Can you act as property manager for an overseas-owned company?

Yes. We work with international and Chinese-owned businesses that want a UK property management company to take over the day-to-day management of their premises, and we can work with clients in Chinese as well as English.
