Construction delivered to UK process
Depending on how your project is procured, we can act as principal contractor, management contractor, project manager, project coordinator or subcontractor. We work to the RIBA Plan of Work stages, CDM 2015 and JCT contract processes.
Stage 0 · Strategic DefinitionThe client's need and the best way to meet it are agreed.
Stage 1 · Preparation and BriefingProject brief, feasibility, budget and programme are set.
Stage 2 · Concept DesignThe design concept is developed and checked against the brief.
Stage 3 · Spatial CoordinationArchitectural and engineering design is coordinated before detailed design.
Stage 4 · Technical DesignThe information needed to build is completed and contracts are prepared.
Stage 5 · Manufacturing and ConstructionWork on site, with health and safety, quality and progress managed and reported.
Stage 6 · HandoverThe building is handed over with its records, and the contract is concluded.
Stage 7 · UseThe building in operation. This is where our facilities management team can take over.

- During the works
Construction phase plan
How health and safety will be managed while the works are carried out.
- At handover
